We provide diagnostic tool that helps users identify and resolve issues that may occur in specific PC’s or screens due to various usage environments. -
Server Diagnostic Tool
We provide diagnostic tool that allows administrators to identify issues that may occur during the installation or operation of the AUD Platform server. -
Customer Support Request
If user or administrator can’t identify the cause of an issue using the diagnostic tools, you may submit a customer support request by attaching the error screen, diagnostic result, and log file. Support request status and result can be checked on the website. -
