A Data Analysis-Based Business Planning System
I would like to introduce the case where BI MATRIX used the Low-Code development solution, AUD Platform, to build the management planning system for SK hystec.
SK hystec is a company that supports SK hynix’s businesses such as management support, logistics, and education.
Most of SK hystec’s existing management planning tasks were done manually using Excel, which led to several issues such as human errors. To address these issues and improve work productivity, the AUD Platform was utilized to build the management planning system.
This project was carried out to build a data analysis-based management planning system aimed at improving the efficiency of management planning tasks and creating a data-driven environment for strategic decision-making.
Instead of improving the work system through complex coding, the new system was built by utilizing the existing Excel templates and the Low-Code capabilities of the AUD Platform.
Since the work files previously used were directly applied to the web environment, there was no need to learn how to use the newly built system. The field staff could easily utilize the system in the same way they handled tasks with files, ensuring a smooth transition.

Implementation Benefits
1. Improved Management Planning Work Efficiency
The automation of tasks significantly increased productivity, reducing the lead time for management planning from 49 days to just 10 days. It also helped eliminate user errors such as data manipulation or editing mistakes.
2. Enhanced Timeliness and Appropriateness of Decision-Making
Thanks to coding automation technology, field staff can now automatically generate SQL queries for management planning data, easily query and update the database, and make quick, accurate decisions based on data analysis.
3. Increased Profitability and Reduced Risk
Accurate cost analysis for each service improved profitability, and pre-profit and loss simulations significantly aided in managing service contract risks.
4. Increased Development Productivity
By automating the system development using existing Excel files, development productivity increased by six times compared to Java coding.
5. Reduced System Operation Labor Costs
The system stabilization period was shortened from one month to one week, and additional development or changes can now be implemented immediately using Low-Code features.
